There seems to be a new trend in the movie promotion world that both confuses and dazzles me to the point where im completely undecided on how to react.
It’s the surgence of really minimal movie trailers that are really arty but also kinda pointless.
For the Single Man trailer i think it works beautifully…But then again Tom Fords a pretty fucking genius.
Hmm arty.
But then I saw the trailer for Bass Ackward and instead of being dazzled i was just kinda confused i mean what the fuck is this film about? and then i thought hmm marketing ploy because the confusion will make people watch it to find out the plot, so i watched it again….
And I still have no desire to see this movie.
